Milton is small and it is split. The county line does not run past this city, it runs through it, so part of Milton is in Pierce County and part of it is in King — and two houses on the same street can answer to different offices. Plenty of services in this position hand you a different number, a different branch, or a different answer depending on which side of a line your address falls — and the customer ends up doing the administrative work of finding out. That extends past the city limits in both directions. The 15-yard container is the shortest in the fleet, on a smaller truck, and it is the answer on a narrow older lot or for a single-room scope. A 30-yard handles a whole-house gut or a structure coming down in stages, with the 40-yard box for a full teardown where a machine is loading and the site has the room. Milton is flat, the streets are ordinary, and most properties have a driveway that will take a container without any planning beyond picking the spot. Nearly every delivery here goes on private ground and never touches the road.
What is worth a sentence at booking: the older lots run narrow, so a driveway may be one car wide with the house close to it, and the shorter box is often the better fit even when the debris would justify a bigger one. Flag a finished surface you want protected and plywood goes under the rails, and say if a vehicle has to keep coming and going past the container while the job runs.
