Roll-off container rental for people who generate construction debris for a living. That is the whole business. We are not a national outfit with a call center and a ticket number — it is a small team, two yards, and local routes, which is why whoever answers the phone already knows your job, your site and what went out last week.
The work we see most is roofing tear-off, interior and structural demolition, remodels and teardowns, tenant improvement and commercial build-out, concrete and flatwork removal, and land clearing. Property owners running their own projects are welcome too, and get the same containers and the same scheduling.
Dispatch runs Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Booking is online and open whenever you are, so you can put a container on the schedule at ten at night and have it on site the next working day.

Orders placed early in the day usually go out the same day, and next day otherwise. Follow-through is the part that matters — you find out when the box is coming, and it comes. Our trucks run routes rather than radiating out from a depot, so what decides availability is the day's schedule, not which part of the map you are on.
Not every job needs a swap-out. If the box just needs emptying and bringing straight back, we do that. If your crew is loading direct and the truck waits, we do that too. On a site with one narrow approach that is worth real money, because it cuts the number of trips down your drive. Ask for what the job actually needs rather than working around what is on a menu.
Our 15 and 20-yard containers go places a full-size roll-off truck cannot — off an alley, into a parking garage, behind a building, down a driveway that dead-ends. If another company has looked at your site and passed, tell us what the approach looks like and we will say straight whether we can make it work. Sometimes the answer is still no, but you get it before you have scheduled a crew around it.
Loads route to a materials recovery facility that issues a diversion report off the load — tonnage in, tonnage recovered. That is the paperwork a GC submits toward MR credits. To be exact about it: the facility certifies the diversion, not us; what we control is where the load goes. Most haulers cannot tell you where your debris ended up. Tell us the project is chasing certification when you book and we route accordingly.

The county line matters for which crew and which number you deal with; it does not decide whether we can get to you.
Our King County coverage runs out of the Renton yard and takes in Seattle, the Eastside, the valley cities and the plateau. Those are the busiest, not the boundaries. We run outside King and Pierce regularly — if your job is further out, ask. The fastest answer is always a phone call.
We cover King and Pierce County, from Shoreline and the Eastside down through the Green River valley, across the county line into the Puyallup valley and the plateau, and west to the water. Both county pages list every city we reach. If your address is near the edge of either county, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Orders placed early in the day usually go out the same day, and next day otherwise. What decides it is how committed the day already is when you call rather than where the job is, so calling early helps more than anything else. Swap-outs on an active site are routine work, not a special request.
Two questions settle it. Is the material heavy? Concrete, dirt, rock, brick and asphalt go in the 10-yard rock box and nowhere else. If it is not heavy, is a person loading it or a machine? Hand-loaded work tops out at the 30, with its six-foot walls; machine-fed work can take the 40. Everything below that is a question of how much debris the job produces.
The main restriction is weight, and it is absolute: dense material only ever goes in the 10-yard rock box. Load concrete or dirt into a larger container and the driver refuses the pickup on haul day, because the loaded box exceeds what a truck can legally carry on a public road.
